Eclectic Tech Carnival Weaving Networks

during 2007 a series of pre-meetings were made to consolidate a working group to produce the encounter. since brasil is a HUGE country but the girls that work with linux are not many.. they happened all around aggregating different people and perspectives on how it could actually happen. the general mood was that /etc-br needed to be an independent encounter. and so it was!
