Description (Goal and content):
Introduction to what mailing lists can be used for and how to use them effectively; how mailing list software works (focusing mainly on Mailman) and user settings; what to post and what not to post to a mailing list.

Anyone who uses mailing lists or would like to use them more effectively – more for subscribers than for administrators
